May 21 2015, at the 68th World Health Assembly (WHA68), Geneva: People will call on their governments to account for their promises on reproductive, newborn and child health (RMNCAH) at the first ever Global Citizens’ Dialogue at the World Health Assembly this week.

This groundbreaking special session at the World Health Assembly stems from a recommendation from the 2014 report of the Independent Expert review group on Information and Accountability (IERG) and follows 100s of National and Community Hearings involving 10s of 1000s of people in over 30 countries. Recommendations from which were signed by 100s of organisations representing millions of Citizens and hand delivered to UN Secretary Ban Ki-moon on May 14th at the VIP Lunch with Global Leaders in New York.
